Abbey Hill Academy Sixth Form
Abbey Hill Academy Sixth Form is based in the Sheraton Building, which is a state of the art facility that supports the learning of a broad range of Post-16 students including those with severe and moderate learning difficulties and students on the autistic spectrum.
Support for these students is based on three distinct curriculum models, which provide a broad and varied learning experience and opportunities designed for different ranges of ability and need.
Qualification Levels
- Personal Progress (groups 1,2 & 3) - for those students working at Entry Level 1 or below.
- Entry Level Certificates (Groups 4 & 5) - for those students working at Entry Level 1 - 3.
- GCSE & Level 1 & 2 Qualifications - for those students who are consistently working above Entry 3 and will cope, with support, quite a demanding curriculum.
